Hi, I'm Noel! I'm a hair stylist specializing in color and bridal styles based in Huntsville, Alabama.
You may have seen my more ambitious work elsewhere on the internet, already!

Hair has always been a passion of mine. As a small child I always had my hands in a head of hair and found myself constantly searching for ways to introduce myself into the beauty industry. I started cosmetology school at the age of 15, while still in high school and got my license two years later.

My first job doing hair was with Regis Corporation at Mastercuts. At this time, I also started pursuing a Business Degree at Calhoun Community College. After 5 years of working at Mastercuts I was offered a management position and took it with great enthusiasm. I managed the salon and worked as a stylist for two more years. I earned their prestigious Director's Award for outstanding performance as a manager, doubling the salon's annual sales in a matter of two years. As a reward for all of my hard work I earned an all expenses paid trip to Montreal, Quebec. Going to Canada was eye opening for me and it was at that point that I knew it was time for a change.

I decided to move to Chicago, Illinois to further my career and education in 2007. As soon as I arrived I was soaking in the inspiration all around me. I ended up getting a job at the prestigious local salon Robert Jeffrey in Lincoln Park. I immersed myself in education taking numerous classes at the Wella Studio in Chicago and anything else I could find. This was the point in my career that I decided to really take it to the next level. I starting taking makeup classes and focusing my attention on fine tuning my skills. I then began doing wedding parties and formal hairstyling as well, something I had very little experience in before. I loved it and would consider it one of my main focuses now. It was such an amazing experience working at Robert Jeffrey amongst so many other talented stylists. I learned and grew tremendously during this time.

After living the city life for a while I was ready to come home and share my new found skills with Huntsville. That's when I met one of the owners of Salon Allure and my personal mentor, Paula Lecher. While rebuilding my clientele I worked under Paula as her assistant. It was hard being an associate to someone after being on my own for so long but looking back on it, I'm grateful for it and learned so much in the process.

It has been two years since I started working at Salon Allure and am as busy as ever with all of my amazing clients. I’m not sure what the future holds for me, whether it’s becoming a Pureology Educator and traveling around teaching classes part time or opening my own salon but I will always strive to grow and learn new things to become a better stylist and a better person.
